So called QUICK CAB in delhi are highly unreliable and have no value for its customers.
My cousins hired a QUICK CAB on 2nd JULY vide booking id 31989. Chauffer SUBHASH CHAND QC 4278 with cab number DL1RY 1153 was supposed to reach at our residence in pitam pura at 4 in the evening but he reached at 4:20 . Later, on reaching Palam Airport he charged Rs 410 @ Rs 15km instead of @ Rs 9.50 as per cab rules and denied to give bill.
After being known to this incident we made several complaints to QUICK CAB authorities but no actions have been taken so far. We even made calls to chauffer and he accepted his wrongdoing and assured of returning the money but so far even after making numerous calls to him he never came to return the money.

Quick Cab authorities have shown a great deal of irresponsibility on their part and we expect to a quick action against Cab authorities and Chauffer SUBHASH CHAND.
