1). The Easy Cabs cancel the booking at last moment (i.e.at 9.25 AM and the booking was for 9.30) .
2). The policy was to inform the cancellation from both the sides is 30 minutes while they have informed 5 minutes before.
3). Now who will provide for the cancellation charges for the inconvenience faced by me as in case I was fault they would have charged the amount from as cancellation charges.
4). Please don't books easy cabs.
5). Now I had a talk with the customer care (Ms. Neetu) of Easy Cabs and they are even reluctant to book a complaint against what they have done
6). Please help resolve the issue
