I missed my flight to chandigarh because the cab booked by me did not come on time to pick me and my family from J P nagar inspite of a confirmed booking 2 days in advance, The office confirmed the booking but could not send the cab at in time. We missed the flight and this resulted in not only loss of money but also my professional assignments.. I am tourist, Kindly guide me where to lodge the complaint for compensation..
