Protest against taxi drivers, who say "NO" to customers. They CAN'T say no to us.....

From what I understand speeding tickets are issued to the driver and the owner of the cab has no knowledge of how unsafe his drivers are.I know 5 persons myself personally one who has over 12 thousand dollars in tickets and STILL is driving .. jogging their points around... Why is something not being done about this major problem? Like fine both the driver and the owner of the cab. so he knows the hard way how bad his or her driver is To me I would think twice about the next taxi you get into or place your children in .. If they do not drop the flag they are stealing from the owner .. If they own the taxi then they are stealing from the government .
