sir,
yesterday i booked a kap for asthama patient for 9.30pm from Rambagh to Mohannagar
my booking id C2489.
the kap driver didnot inform me and he gone for other booking.
we call the kap company and tell that this is not right we go to consumer court, the company told u go we dont mind, when i call driver, he told that u had late 15 minutes, thats why i gone for other booking, i told to driver why you not inform me, if delayed from my side, we will pay waiting charges,
if kaps company are behaving like this, then what about patinets.
