We had booked taxi with Wings radio cab pune on 2nd January 2011.
Wings radia cab gave confirmation of booking with booking no 85888.
However, the cab did not come at the booked time.
After calling to the office, they did not give any clear indication of the reason and whether the taxi is going to be sent. I got 3 confirmations from them that taxi was on the way and should be there to pick us up in 15 minutes !!!
Ultimately , we caught a rikshaw .
It was a very painful experience and it also led to huge disturbance of work.

Request the concerned authorities to take strict action so that the agency should ensure that such incidence is not repeated...
