Hi,

This is with reference to horrible service by Yellow taxi in hyderabad.

They never report on time, and when i booked a cab at 7 PM, they coolly call at 7:45 and inform that it will take 1 more hour.

Please do not book with this cab provider again.

I request the appropriate authorities to take any possible action on this provider.
