I have a booked a Ticket on 22nd July 2010 for "Visakhapatnam to Ahmedabad dated 8th August 2010" on "http://www.travelchacha.com" and I didn't receive my E-ticket even after one week.I have called their customer service and they are saying ticket would be mailed on the next day. But the same story is repeated every time and the travel booking website has completely violated the terms & negotiations.

Now I want to file a complaint against "http://www.travelchacha.com/" for inconvenience caused to me

Have you still not recevied your tickets ? I have also booked 3 tickets from travelchacha.com.
Have not received the tickets for any of them .Do they send teh tickets late or doesn't send the tickets at all... seems like i have lost over 11000 Rupees at this site ..

I had worst experience with this ****ing travel chacha. In the name of running online ticket booking business, they do fradulents and cause mental trauma to customers. I request the authorities to seriously take some legal action on these kinda people who cheat people from issuing TICKET/ NOT REFUNDING FOR CANCELLATION.. One of my friend has also such worst experience. When he spoke to respective airlines customer care, he came to know that the PNR number is not a valid one and its fake.. I kindly request every one not to book any kinda tickets in TRAVEL CHACHA.



THIS WEBSITE MUST BE BLOCKED ONCE FOR ALL AND MADE SURE THIS REFLECTS ON ALL OTHER WEBSITES WHO START BUSINESS WITH THE INTENTION OF CHEATING PEOPLE..
