I was booking Bhubaneshwar- Hyderabad return fare on 12/11/11 and 13/11/11. The site displayed a return fare of Rs. 5180/-. I booked the ticket and the confirmation page showed that the PNR was in process. No communication was made from their side. On calling up the call centre and spending approximately 20 minutes on hold i was told that the fare has increased and that i would have to pay an extra of Rs. 4295 to confirm the booking. This is just a mockery of our money. The reference number for the booking was AO1304539. They told that either they can make the booking if i pay the extra amount or they will refund my amount. However, this is just making the customer liable for their fault. I think of moving to the consumer forum with this complaint.
