My Name is Ravi Darshan and I am member of Artha since 4 years and during Dec 2010 received a call from Executive of Artha Mr.Naushad and informed me about the discounted holiday options at 12 destination across India and I paid Rs.4999/- for the same which includes 2 nights and 3 days stay at the resorts mentioned in the list and all the 3 times food.

During March 2011, I requested for booking to Kadaik**** for 22nd to 24th of April 2011 and Muskan Khan came back mentioning we can book for 20th to 22nd at sterling Lake View resort, th same was agreed and travel request form was sent to rumeyath@arthaoptions.com and myself and wife applied for leave and booked the bus tickets.

As per the communication Artha was supposed to send a resort address and booking voucher by 8 days prior to travel, based on that I made several calls since I did noit receive the details till previous day to travel and on 19th they came back over the phone gave me an option of Fairstay resort which they promised to confirm by 7 pm on 19th April but did not confirm. on 20th I visited Artha office at Sheshadripuram met Ms.Aiysha and Mr.Abhishek who said to be Manager ( as per visiting card he is quality ****yst). He said he will provide the confirmation and resort details at 1 pm but did not respond till 3 pm even after many calls to his mobile and office # and they did not allow me to talk to Ms.Muskan who had given me confirmation on 24th March. at 6.00 pm they sent me trave; rejection mail and agreed to refund the amount ( even though the voucher is valid for 2 years) which showed the clear failure from thjeir side


Artha cheated the holiday 34 days advance booking and spoiled the entire family outing. which resulted in last moment stress and high amount of spending


The same sterling resort was able to provide the accomadation with higher cost.I spent Rs.13K against Rs.4999/- apart from huge stress undergone and cost on follow ups

We need to punish such an organisation I am going to file a case in consumer forum on Monday 25th April
