Hi Consumer's Helper,

I have a complaint regarding one agent who is not cancelling our tickets inspite of calling him many times.I have been calling him many times and he is giving excuses every time like i am out,i have some problems and at last he said that "jao jissey karwana hei ussey karwa lo".I asked him that i will complaint to consumer forum and instantly he gave his address and said ok do.

Please do the needful if he doesn't cancel my ticket.

I had booked ticket from Mumbai to Budapest on 22/11/2009 in Turkish airlines through travel agent,M/s Sai Suvidha Travel and Tours,Mumbai. But due to some reasons the Air lines changed my ticket to 24/11/2009. This ticket was cancelled on 23/11/2009, But till today I have not received the refund amount against the cancellation of the above ticket. This is the worst experience/ service I have received from M/s Sai Suvidha Travel & Tours,12/14, Modi Street, Opp.G.P.O., Fort,Mumbai - 400001, India. From December 2009, every day till today I used to contact Mr.S.K.VARMA, M/s Sai Suvidha Travel and Tours and every time he gave some silly reasons. Kindly do needful.
