i m rishi madan resident of delhi, in sep 2010 i had shifted some of my products from delhi to bangalore thriough balaji cargo transport , dwarka .the items were a bike and pc .my bike was all damaged when i got it in bangalore .at that time the persons told me that u will we refunded the money as i had insurance from them of 20000/- for my items .i got it repaired by my own money now these people are either not picking the phone or they are not giving the money , using abusive language on the phone . i hav been to their dwarka office but it was locked . i dont know wat to do , plz suggest me wat to do .as these people r always confident that nothing can be done to them and they r challenging me that if i could find them than i can come n take money i.e i will never be able to reach these guys .
