We had booked our journey through yatra.com but they are fraud.

This is very ridiculous to see that after many follow ups, calls, mails informing well in advance for the cancellation of the air tickets from Mumbai Delhi Mumbai the refund is not been given to us.

We had done a internet booking for 2 passengers for the amount of Rs.13854/- (2 tickets return) Mumbai Delhi on 10-jul on IT 3132 Kingfisher flight departure at 08:05 and return on Delhi Mumbai on 25-jul-10 IT 3355 Kingfisher departure at 21:30 for some reason the flight was cancelled and was inform by yatra to us that the flight to and fro is not operating can we cancel the booking, we were not interested in any other flights so told them to cancel the bookings and many follow ups were done through mails, calls and messages to get our refund back as it was informed well in advance.After several follow ups we got our refund for Rs.13595/- on 09-jul-10 after deduction of Rs.259/- as we had paid R.13854/- .But to our shock where we have not travelled and cancel the booking the amount is been deducted again on 12-jul-10 for Rs.13595/- after calling the customer support on 12-jul-10 they tell us to write a mail without giving any justifications or explanations.
Today it has been 4 days we are struggling to get back our refund without travelling and yatra have not even got back to us while making the booking they spoke so sweetly and now they speak rude and not even ready to listen to us. Instead they want our debit card details i dont understand why.

Pls help us to get our refund back

i have booked car for kashmir tour from shiva travel corp they given me fraud bill. i am asking for original bill but they are deying and saying give extra amount then we will you original bill.Please find below the travel agent details

Hi, Don't leave this matter. Try to lodge a complaint in consumer court with proper proofs. This should not be accepted.They should not behave in that way. As those people are doing business without any moral values.
