Dear sir,
I booked a flight ticket for 27th may 2010 flight (indigo) from new delhi to bhubaneswar
through cleartrip.com.While booking i entered my full name Lalit Kumar Naik but they provided me a ticket showing only lalit kumar and my last name was missing.When i inquired air line staff they told me that first name and last name is mandatory to enter in to the air port and i wont be allowed to board the flight.When i asked about this to cleartrip they told that i had entered only first name and middle name and did not enter last name.But i remember i had entered correctly my full name and they are denying.As i did not have any option i had to cancel the booking and made fresh booking.For cancellation charges i lost Rs1050.00 and i had to pay around Rs2000.00 more for fresh reservation.Now i don't have any proof that i had entered correctly my full name while booking and i know it is fault of their IT system which did not take my last name for which they are denying.It is not acceptable to me.Please help me in this matter and advice me how to take legal action against them.
