I had got two tickets cancelled (Trip ID 1106190876 and 1106191882) from cleartrip in first week of september with refund amount being close to Rs 62,000/ despite my best efforts the money is not yet refunded to me.
Every week a new excuse is given by call center including their superior Sunil Pai.
