This is to inform that i have been subjected to great trauma because of serious negligience from your company.
I have made a booking for a return flight from Mumbai to Delhi on 6th October for my journey on 17th Oct, Monday 2011 with GoAir airlines through your cleartrip portal. The amount was debitted from my account by cleartrip and the ticket were issued( I mean i received PNR)
However when i reached airport on 17th Oct , it came as a shock to me when I realized from the airlines that my tickets were cancelled as the cleartrip has failed to make the same payment to Airlines. The Airlines have given me a proof that they have cancelled because of no payment from cleartrip.
I have tried to contact cleartrip customer care for this however they have not responded to me till now. I have called them some 6 times. Every time they say they will respond within 24 hours but no revert till now.
I have also send repeated mails to them ( incident id Incident:240614) with all the documents( i.e my tickets, bank statement & letter from airlines) My money is still lying with cleartrip though the tickets were cancelled on the day of booking itself.
As I had to go urgently to Delhi for a business meeting , i had to book the next flight urgently which costed me around Rs 18500 ( to and fro) . Still I was late for my meeting and could have lost my job because of their negligience.
Instead of giving me any support or help, I still havent received any call from the company regarding this.
I see this as a serious case of cheating the customers.
I have to go through a great mental agony due to this incident. Also i have to incur a huge cost for my urgent booking.
