I have applied for Club Mahindra membership in white.
The sales representative has promised me bonus holidays of 5 nights 6 days.
Now, when I tried to register for my bonus holidays, I have been informed multiple times that I can not split my holidays. This is a rider put on USP used by Club Mahindra Sales representative.
I requested the club multiple times to consider my request and grant me to use bonus holidays in parts and not in one single slot.
Club has refused me multiple times. Meanwhile mine first instalment of EMI got due, which I denied to pay and applied for cancellation of membership and refund.
Now, since I have applied for cancellation and refund, club has agreed to grant me to use bonus holidays as an exceptional case.
This can not be acceptable. Since I am applying for cancellation, club is responding positively. Two years down the line when all EMIs are paid, member can not have such option and club may take members for a ride.
I do not intend to continue membership. I want refund for the same, since it's a long term contract and such attitude can not be tolerated.
