I have been a member of Club mahindra. Unfortunatley I had taken the service of Club Mahindra Travel in December. my flight got cancelled and airline reiburssed the ticket. From first week of Jan , i was after the travel agents for getting my money back. They are telling one excuse or the other for delaying my payment. I contacted the spice jet and came to know that the money was reimbursed to the agent on the very same day of ticket cancellation.
I am totally upset with their behaviour to an existing club Mahindra member
