i have booked my australian splendour holiday package with sotc, in march n paid them the required initial booking amount for my family 2 adult n 1 child,n with the amount, i have send my passport xerox to there kandivili sotc office, n since april 2 onwards we were following them about the visa the concernt person in sotc kandivili office ms swati, was taking it lightly n told us the visa will be done dont bother, but in may 1st week she called n told us that, my babies passport is not valid ,as atleast 6 months validity should be there before we travel abroad, n it was only 4 1/2 months valid, so u have to renew the passport, our whole holiday get spoiled because of the lady, over n above they have spoiled my passport, n it was damage becaused of mishandling for which it also have to be renewed, for which i need compensation from sotc for this regard.
