I am rajneesh Chanana have booked one delux room with extra bed in Hotel Silverrock, Mussoorie through through their representative Mr. Arijit at Kolkatta office of Make my trip. At the time of booking he was calling me 9-10 times in a day when he had confirmed the booking and take the payment from me i.e. Rs. 14,008.00 for three nights on Map basis with extra bed as we have two aduts and two children having age of 14 years and 10 years.

After booked my package I called up at the hotel for crosschecking and I was very surprised to heard from hotel that they cannot provide extra bed in their Delux room as their rooms and so much spacious to accomodate extra bed. Afterthat I have called up Mr. Arijit and after two days he told me that they are already taking this matter and discussing with the hotel management but no confirmation they have given afterthat I personally requested to their Chief General Manager Mr. I K Sethi for change my room from delux to super delux as make my trip has promised me to give super delux accomodation at no extra cost. After two days back i again called up to Mr. Sethi for this and then he said we will accomodate you in super delux room at no extra cost and the same they have confirmed in writing through mail and make my trip.

Now after 9.5 hours journey i have reached the hotel at mussoorie from Delhi then i have contacted the reception and they said your room is delux not super delux then i have requested and said that i have a confirmation from your Mr. Sethi that you will provide super delux room as we required extra bed for my children then they contacted Mr. Sethi and he came at reception and told us so rudely that we can give this much room only whether you take it or cancel it as no body ready to pay extra charges for super delux room either me or make my trip at this time myself and my family are totally surprise as we have no other option as we have already make full payment to make my trip then i called up Mr. Arijit but their other officer said he is busy in other line and he will call back you in next 15 minutes time but he has contacted me after 36 hours time.

Now my complaint against following persons as well as other service provider for cheating, misbehaviour, mentally harrasment, physically harrasment, wastage of time and my amount, not responding and i want to complete reply from all of them and refund of my payment alongwith compensation other wise i have to move other court for necessary action against them.
