    Default complaint against make my trip gurgaon branch

    i have booked a hotel on 2nd of june in m****i for dates (check in 7 th june to check out 9 th june). my reservations were confirmed on 2nd itself &i have received a confirmation voucher &? after 3 days i received a call from m****i hotel honeymoon inn( mr simant malhotra) where i booked the room that my bookings is not confirmed, my family have already left for there trip & they have not given me any confirmation till today its 6th of june
    i have gone through a lot of mental stress & made all payments in advance.
    i have also spoke to them 3 to 4 times still they have not called me even once and not solved my problem till today
    i have been given alot of stress & cheated after making payment confirming booking and still not been assured of my stay, my parents are traveling and even they have been given a lot of stress and tension.
    after been charged still not entertained.and after all this when i told them this is wrong & i need a result &want booking in this hotel only on same dates.
    we go to holidays for relaxing instead they have increased our stress & tension
    my phone bills are also going up i have atleast made calls for around 500rs.
    i have been committed to be called in 1 hr &confirm my booking but i havent received any call & no comittment have been fulfilled.
    they are in hospitality business (stressbusters rather they have given me stress )
    this is not for whar we pat them big amount from our hard earned money
    i have spoked to vishal, ravi, reema, manu
    i have filed this complaint informing to make my trip team and i have also informed to mr simant in m****i.

    Thumbs down Pathetic exp. with Makemytrip international tour/ Non refund of excess paid Rs 3000/

    Regrettably I have to inform you that my experience of booking Thailand tour with MMT / chat operator Shreya Shah, Lahori Banerjee was like hell to me.I am sorry to say I was not briefed about the gap of pick up time at BKK airport and Air asia flight arrival ( midnight at 3.05AM ) . I contacted Ms.Orn and Mohini also but with no hope to move to the Hotel at Pattaya county. Ms Mohini did try her best to consol us and regretted for the inconvenience. After facing lot of frustration and long waiting of 8 hours at the Bkk airport, we were driven to the hotel at 10.50am.

    Additionally, the pathetic experience with the Airasia flight was also killing because the flight crew did not serve even a glass of water , what to think about the supper meals. The detail of ticket was communicated to me a day before of my journey. Had I been informed earlier, I would have cancelled the flight but due to lack of communication, I could not get sufficient time to cancel the flight.There was no communication about the details of journey and far away hotel stay from the city at Allseason Bankok as well.The tour Manager Mr Peter did not explain us about the visitable places/shopping markets or any other necessary touring information before leaving us at the hotels.The reception staff at both the hotels Marble Garden/Allseason was non cooperative and non receptive at all. Overall,this tour was very much frustrating and disturbing and we could not enjoy the trip and do not appreciate your services at all.I am likely to share this information on the respective websites shortly just to forewarn the future tourists before heading for booking with Makemytrip.

    I have overpaid Rs3000/- wrongly through net banking ( Paid Rs 56000/- against your demand Rs. 53000/-) and requested your staff to refund the excess amount Rs3000/- before heading for the tour but regrettably I have no information about the refund even after the lapse of two weeks , though ,I sent the screen shot of Axis Bank statement of account immediately by email to Shreya Shah and to customer care of MMT.

    I am receiving computer generated reply of my mail assuring me that someone will contact within 24 hrs but sorry to say it is an eye wash and no one contacts and responds even after two weeks.
