I tried booking a ticket in kesinenitravels website. I tried booking my ticket two times on 19 june 2011. Both the times money got deducted from my account, but no seat was booked. I tried calling helpline several times and also sent a mail to the mail address given in website for which, I have not recieved any reply. I have to get my money back.
