    Angry Con and Kings

    I Booked return tickets (Bangalore-Lucknow, Kingfisher airline) from Cox and Kings, Lucknow branch, which I got cancelled on 10-March-11. I received a credit note of refund amount but still waiting for money. Initailly they kept telling me that as cheque for the amount will come form Mumbai branch so it will take 2-3 months. Later they changed their statement to the employee who cancelled my ticket has left the company so thay don't have any idea about my money.

    Being an honest person I really feel hurt by this kinda of fraud and want to teach 'em a lesson. I want to file a case in consumer forum, and ready to it to any extent.

    Hi There,

    I've sent a mail with ticket, cancellation credit note and the details you asked for. Please note this is not the first time that I've been asked for all the details and I'm pretty tired of doing this again and again, please make sure this this will make a difference.

    I don see any progress on this, last time I got call from Area Sales Manager Lucknow, Mr., Mr****, who didn't seems to have any idea bout fraud under him, or may be just pretending. Though he promised me to look into the accounts, and revert me back by last Monday Nov-07-11. Again a fake promise to crawl the case, haven't you had enough time????
