RESPECTED SIR/MADAM
I write this letter to you to bring to your notice the bad services provided by Cub7 Holidays to me.
I had gone to a Europe Tour with them which was pre-planned. I given in written that the bookings were of 15th of May( Air Ticket 15 May to 30th May 2010) but all of a sudden without any prior permission it was changed to 16th of May. But on request they did change the date to 15th of May with a deal that we would directly join their tour on 17th of May. But unfortunately on 16th of May there was a volcano ash due to which all flights were cancelled and their original tour was cancelled. Thus we were stuck in London and when we called up they charged over double the original amount to merge us with another trip that was already there. They also insisted on paying on spot for further work. After coming back when we went to claim the extra money they kept dragging the date for meeting and then finally sent a letter refusing to talk any further on this matter.\
TRANSACTION
The original cost of the trip we took was Rs.1, 67,455 per person but we were charged a amount of Rs.1, 57,239
Per person even though we availed their services lesser for 1 night 2 days than the others. This comes to about
Rs. 9,144 extra per person. We were forced to pay the amount at Kolkata office before they would take any action and they had told that they would do nothing without any money.
NATURE OF COMPLAINT
1) Charging extra amount
2) Misbehaving and taking advantage of the costumer’s problem
.
PRAYER
1) Relief to be granted to the complainant as demanded herein
2) That the Honorable forum looks into the matter and takes strict and prompt action
