Please send me procedure for complaint, i booked ticket Pune to Bhopal by agent in Gova express 2779 PNR no. 4422495250 at that time i got berth no. 22 in coach no. S3.my train was 29/11/2010 but when i pick my train and that time TT told me that my ticket in cancel by agent and i suffered too much problem what should i do for this and agent not ready to accept his fault, pleas help me for justice.

We are IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited) authorised e-ticketing agent for trains of Indian Railway. We are working as an e-ticketing agent since 2007.

Our charges for sleeper class is Rs.10/- per ticket and for higher classes Rs.20/- per passenger. Besides our charges passenger are liable to pay 02 (two) other charges, viz. IRCTC service charge (For details of this charge one may visit IRCTC's website) and transaction charges.
