I tried to book a Holiday Package on 29th Sept 2011 .

In tried booking the package twice & in both the occasions the booking got cancelled

In the first instance I made a part payment of Rs 6771 , however a amount of Rs 91250.88 has been deducted from my HDFC Bank Credit Card

For the second instance I made a part payment of Rs 7000 , however a amount of Rs 93079.23 has been deducted from my HDFC Bank Credit Card

I have neither received a confirmation mail nor a Booking ID from Make My Trip .

When I called a Make My Trip Customer Care Executive ; he was clueless about the booking made.

I have also checked the same with the HDFC Customer Case Executive & the say that the amount has been claimed by Make my trip .

Could some suggest me the further course of action that I need to take so that the amount is reversed as soon as possible.
