    I had booked with Ezeego1.co.in on the 19th of December for my hotel booking at Vivanta by Taj in Panaji. The rate running at the time was Rs 19,232 for 3 nights and 4 days. I paid by my credit card and the amount was instantly debited from my card and booking was processed without confirming availability. The next day I received an email asking me to pay Rs 5600 more! Just because when the booking finally went forward, rooms were not available at the same price. Which means the rates given to me were not real time. I was getting the same deal on the 19th with makemytrip.com but unfortunately chose ezeego for the booking. I tried to speak to the manager but they only speak about refunding the money which makes no sense to me. 2 days post my initial booking, rates have now increased by Rs.10,000. I am unable to do this booking due to my fixed budget and I do not believe it is required to do so.

    The APPLICABLE refund that these people are talking about is the amount at which I had made the booking and there is no sign of compensation as I have ended up paying Rs 11,000 more for the same booking at the same hotel as a result of my TRUST on this very small company website. I recommend nobody books with them as they do not have basic ethics.
