I planned Dubai trip vide enquiry 523583 with Travelmast Delhi. for 2adults. and paid Us$ 700 as booking amount Total( 72K), but had to cancel because i slipped and fractured a foot. Offer made By them (th Jan through Ms. Jasmine mehta out bound tor organizer. To my dismay no refunds made and they do not even reply to my mails. all booking etc done only on mail. Only a phone call informing 100% airline cancellation charge Rs 31k for 2 tickets. while making offer no such thing was told. cancelation policy only stated ` cancellation as per hotel & airline policy. I feel cheated. Please advise.
