I had booked my flight for the 24th of Dec 2011, but had to cancel the flight and got confirmation mail from goibibo as given below.

I also received a cal from their customer care stating that i would get back my refund within 7-10 working days. Today even after more than 30 days I have not received my refund. In between I have called and mailed them numerous times, and was given the assurances of: "within 24-48 hours", "within this week", "within next week". Goibibo is such a pathetic site with pathetic customer service. I am never going to visit this site nor will let anyone whom I know visit it. Plse help me in getting back my refund.
