Hi,

I have booked a Ticket from gobibo.com from Indore to Mumbai from jetlite dated 20th Jan 2012 morning 8:20 AM on 17th Dec 2011.

Ticket have been cancelled by the goibibo.com without any notification at 6 AM on 18th Dec 2012.

Since then i have been calling them and every time they say they will get a solution soon and will call again in 2 Hrs and they forget to state when the 2 hours will complete ultimately after waiting for very long duration of time when i called them again the said they will get it done in the evening itself again keep on waiting and ultimately when you call them again in morning they force to repeat you the same cycle.


This is the case since last 7 days.

They are not able to book me a ticket for me please someone help and i wish to let these people learn a lesson.
