Hi ,

I booked 8 tkts on 6th of Jan from Hyd to rjy through goibibo.com.

I cancelled the tickets on 9th Jan but till now the refund is not processed to me. I am at loss over and debt because of the huge amount paid for the tickets around 35,000 rs . Even though they are taking their cancellation charges the are not refunding the amount. I called numerous times and mail them each time I get the same reply that the refund is under process because and I will receive it in next 48hrs.

I hear each time a new thing from the customer care person. I donot understand why a person like Ashish Kashyap (CEO of Ibibo) having a very good experince in the internet industry running the company with unorganised solutions and systems. It is really a pain for both the goibibo employees and the customers who trust the website to be in a situation like this.

Each time I call the customer care person puts me on hold for more that 10 mins and them asks the details again and give the false promise to me that the refund will be done in next 48hrs. The worst thing is it looks like the employees are used to the customers frustation and dissatisfaction. And from the many website reviews this website is highly having a dissatisfaction rating on refund. I really worried on how much time they will take for refund and the next promise date is today for my refund. On saturday ie. on 21st they confirmed the that the refund is initiated and there is no information on the bank transactions. But when i called on monday it is still processing and forwarded to higher level management. I feel this really a humilating and disturbing experience with a well growing corporate.

Kindly help me in this regard to get my refund back or please convey the agony , frustration and dissatifaction felt by the poor customers

I am preserving myself for one more day for my refund else I want to spread my word of dissatisfaction regarding the website to my 1 lakh + software colleagues (in the company which I work)
