I have booked Air ticket on Kingfisher airlines for me, my wife and kid from goibibo.com website. My credit card was debited but i didn't got any ticket or confirmation of ticket.
I called their call center and they assured me that booking is done and i will be receiving my ticket in 15 mins.
After 1 hr i receive a call from goibibo saying that ticket could not be confirmed since the fare charges has been increased by INR 3300/- and i have to pay the same in order to get the ticket.
I immediately checked on kingfisher and makemytrip site the fare charges on their site was same as at the time of my booking. Even goibibo website was offering the tickets at same fare.
I asked them to refund my money and i cancelled the ticket. They committed me that the money will be refunded to me in 48 hrs, but i am waiting since 2 weeks i have not yet got my money refunded and every time i call their call center they promise me refund in 24 hrs and again same result.

I am frustrated with attitude of goibibo. I will never go to that site for any booking and suggest others to avoid goibibo for any booking
