I purchased a ticket on 6th of December for the journey date on 29th Jan from Kolkata to Bangalore. But I don’t know till yet the reason for not confirming my ticket. On 6th of December they send me the following mail and their customer support team told me that I would get my fullrefund(3889) within 3-4 working days. After sending them mail again and again and calling to customer care several times till now I got 2889 rupees and didn’t get back my 1000 rupees. their 3-4 working days will never be over I will send them a mail today also by keeping cc some people who works in mnc like tcs,cts,infosys
.......Today is 10 th jan I don't know what is the meaning of “we have processed your refund Manually and highlighted this case to ensure speedy refund.” I attach the history.....

After that 3 days I called your team and want to know the status of refunding my money they told me wait for another three days. I waited til 12 th Dec. After that I on 13th Dec I raised the following complaint for it.

I booked the ticket on 6th December ,2011. But you don’t confirm my ticket. This is your fault. Then why I don’t receive my money back yet? Each and every time your customer care operator told “It will take 3 to 4 working days sir”. Then why don’t I receive my money back yet? The money is very necessary for me to book another ticket on same day.
Please refund my money back to my account as early as possible.

After this to get my money I again and again call to GoIbibo support team and they told me to wait “3 days” or “48 hours” again and again.Each and every time They raised a new ticket the tickets are following:

On 24 th of Dec I received the amount 2889 rupees less than 1000 rupees which I paid(3889) to book the tickets though I didn’t cancel the ticket. So I called again and told them the fact and they raise the following ticket:
