With great respect It is to let you know that the above mentioned booking agent has totally cheated me. I booked a Holiday Home at Puri from 3rd October to 7th October 2011 and I was promised to give a very good 2nd floor room with aquaguard water facility, kitchen and so on. But practically after reaching there I saw that I was given a ground floor room with very dirty condition and kitchen is also too worst with broken water pipe.I gave a Phone call from there but this agent misbehaved me told me not to enter the room, How guts he has to say like that after paying all his dues in the month July. The room rate is Rs.200- 250 during off season and Rs. 400 (maximum) during season(according to Holiday Home authority) but they charged Rs 800 per day. Therefore, my entire trip was proved to be miserable. So I demand a claim of Rs. 400x5= Rs. 2000 back and necessary action.
