My Name is Munmun Das I am from mumbai 3 months back in the month of August I bought a Train ticket from from Goa to Mumbai through a Travel Agent "Hunters Den" reservation for 2 E-Ticket for me and my brother for 1000/-Rs, unfortunately the train was canceled due to landslide when i called my agent he said complete money will be refunded after 90 days but he did not do so but now when i call for the refund money he behaves rudely and disconnects the call and doesnt even respond my call.Can you please help for the same.My reservation details are below.My contact no is 9819628845.
