Dear sir/ Ma'am,
I was booking a ticket with GoIbibo for my brother from Kolkata to Pune for the travel date november 8, 2010 on September 7, 2010. However, the transaction did not get through. I got a message on the screen saying that the session has expired and you may start a fresh transaction. I checked my email, my sms, etc and saw there was no confirmation of the tickets being booked. So after ten minutes I booked another ticket.
However, the next morning I got a sms and email saying that the ticket has been booked. I called up the customer care and they said since it is a case of dual booking they would cancel the ticket and refund the amount with 7-10 days (Refund no. - 328048 given by Mr. Wazir). After 7-10 days the refund did not happen and i have been following continuously. Talked to there supervisor Mr. Bhavneet who said he would look into the matter personally and called within 48 hours. However, he didnt call back.
I have got a email from them saying that they would refund the entire amount but nothing has happened yet.
Kindly look into matter and inform me as early as possible.
