I have purchased the holiday by paying Rs 7500/. I was asked to send the holiday request form to the PO Box address by ordinary post,which i did on 6-5-10.
Subsequently when contacted they say they have not recd it,after continuous calls i was asked to send a scanned copy of the form,which i did. I am unable to get any response inspite of repeated calls.

Everytime i am told that that they will get back to me.

I would like to join others who are suffering and also find a solution to the same.

IFB is a home appliances manufacturing company and to the best of my knowledge they do not sell holiday packages or anything related to that.

Which company are you talking about? Any addresses or website?
