This complaint is against IMPERIAL HOLIDAYZ, based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

We hired a tour package of Rajasthan for our esteemed client from 05 October - 18 October 2011. It was a 13 Nights/ 14 Days package for 6 adults and one child (11 yrs). This trip was confirmed from our part one week before with advance payment of Rs. 20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) and explained the service requirements and payment terms in detail to the assigned tourist officer Mr. Ashutosh Ojha. Mr. Ashutosh Ojha accepted all the terms and conditions and it was believed from our part in good faith. When I enquired about hotel booking and other details, he gave a weird reply to my surprise that he and other key members of “Imperial Holidayz” are extremely busy so he will prefer to outsource the services of his company’s most trusted Delhi affiliate with whom he has a written affiliation and enjoys very good relations. I had to accept the proposal despite my reservations as I hardly have time for arrangements.

Anyways, things moved on till I had deposited Rs. 100000/- more in the hope that I will get desirable services as promised by Mr. Ashutosh Ojha (Imperial Holidayz). Rest of the story is a nightmare that is still on.

Their so called MD, Mr. Ravikant Gautam too made fake promises of assisting me in getting back my refund that still awaited after constant follow ups.

My complaints are as follows

• That the quality of hotels provided in Rajasthan was very poor much below the agreed standard; I had to make different arrangements at every visiting destination after I fail to get any favorable reply from his so called trusted affiliate in Delhi and Ashutosh Ojha ( Imperial Holidayz).
• That the car provided was 6 +1 seater (Xylo), although the requirement was agreed for 7 +1 seater (Innova/ Tavera/ Qualis).
• Ashutsh Ojha, was unable to assist and at times did not respond to my calls.
• That, all the hotels and services like elephant ride and dinner at Chokhi Dhani was arranged by me at the last moment and we paid for that separately, although it was the included in the package.
• I was informed that I will get the refund for unused services by that too is awaited despite constant follow up and many reminders till date.
