I am dr ravichandran ( ravi53403@gmail.com) booked a ticket from Bangalore to Dubai on 2.06.2010 thro makemytrip.com for the flight ( DETAILS ATTACHED) which will start by 10.10am. Then because of my professional (Doctor) duty i want to make a change of time from morning flight to evening 6.30pm on same airline. I contacted to makemytrip.com on 1.06.2010 from 8.45pm on ways by various calls until 11.45 finally i was told to make a call after 12.midnight sothat they can do the changes of timings and issue the e-ticket. By 12.15am on 2.06.2010 i was told that there was not even single seat in economy class so they offer me business class ticket in the evening flight which will cause 15 thousand extra to me. After somany request they refused to book economy ticket and subsequently they misled me to cancel my previous ticket and book a new ticket in the same evening flight in the economy class.

HOW IT IS POSSIBLE FOR A NEW BOOKING TO GET ECONOMY CLASS BUT NOT THE ALREADY BOOKED CUSTOMER WAS DENIED FOR A CHANGE OF TIMINGS?

IS THIS WAY THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY FROM THE COSTUMER WHO RELIES ON THEIR SERVICE?
