I was trying to book a ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore on 18/09/2010 through Indiatimes Travel website but the booking didnot go through. However a sum of INR 5392.00 was deducted from my account without any ticket being booked. I immediately got a call from Indiatimes Travel support team about the same and was told that the money would be refunded back to my account in a week's time max.
It has been more than a month since the deduction happened from my account but have not yet received any refunds from Indiatimes Travel.
Since there was no booking so I donot have a booking ID to check the refund status online. Please suggest me what should be done in this scenario.
I tried to search India times travel customer care number online but it is not available. So I contacted MakeMyTrip which has taken over India times travel. But they also didnot act on this. Please suggest me what should be done in this scenario.
