Complaint Regarding JBG ,Travels,,,,,

Please dont opt fot JBG travels to delhi,,,,, he is one of the worst Travel provider,,, he does not own his buses,,,,,,
i recently travel to delhi to m****i,,,,, it was the worst experience, buses are very bad,,, 5 pm schedule bus
left delhi at 8.30pm.
Again all the passengers were asked shuffel between the buses at 2am in midnight as the buses dint had a right permit .... More than that he sells his tickets on a premium price...... only his website is good rest all

JBG is s worst service available in the market who charges the most and give service the least. PLZ DONT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL THROUGH JBG.

Please find the points why i have given this suggestion :

1: They dont pick up calls on the number specified in your ticket.
2: Move the Bus without even informing the passenger nor they are boarded if passengers have come to the pickup point or not.
3: After booking they are not concerned which seat is allocated to the passenger as they dont have their own buses so you wont get the same seat but definitely will get the back seats in the bus with free jumps.
4: Their BUS network SUCKS as they themselves dont know how many seat they want to book to other travel.
5: Very pathetic management by the co-coordinator.
6: If they redirect you to other buses its usually the worst volvo you can think off which is MUKUL which doesnt even have AC in working condition.
7: Conductor of the buses are ready to fight rather than switching on AC's.

Last but not the least i will never ever in my life recommend JBG to my friends.

I HAD ALSO THE WORST EXPERIENCE WHEN I WENT TO NAINITAL IN APRIL 2011. SERVICE IS PATHATIC, SEATS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE, AC NEVER SWITCH ON, STAFF IS VERY CUNNING.

PLEASE DONT BOOK ANY TRAVEL THROUGH THIS AGENCY. ITS WASTAGE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

i booked my ticket via make my trip for nanital june 2011 assuming they will having at least good arrangement with the sector, but my experience is really bad, after waiting for 1.30 hours on the stated point of boarding and continually following the concerned person intailly they told the bus will reach in few moments it is on the last red light but at 10.10 pm they told to know that the bus has left this point now you have to go to isbt, there i found different traveler bus, and in worst condition. and left the place at 11.30 pm. i think this is a big mafia working, nobody is worried about they need money once they got , no matter where you are , no need to provide any services.

i just want to inform you guys that i had very bad experience while travelling with jbg travels,i havent expect that.you guys have charged 200 rs more than upsrtc service but i must say that their volvo service is 2000 times better than yours.
1-you have booked no of passengers more than the seats availability which was very strange.
2-condition of the bus was so bad even the seats condition was also bad,water was coming out from tha ac points..
3-bus conductor was not able to tell anything to the passengers.
4-destination point has been changed at the last moment.

i think you guyz are not able to provide good services because i had worst experience with you.
you need to improve your services otherwise you will loose your customers one by one soon.
