My name is Pawan Pavanje and I was trying to book the ticket and made a transaction on *18 - Jan - 2011* through K S R T C. i.e. KSRTC e-Reservation system and the transaction was failed due to some technical reasons for which *Rs.308* was deducted from my account. And till date i haven't received my refund amount, i have mailed them 10times to which i have received 0 replies.
