Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Jet Airways ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on 28th June 2010 vide PNR EZDWAU
Eticket no.5893737592773C1 and I had paid Rs.5454.00.The E-ticket was booked by sub-agent M/S Naveen glass and Plywoods, 1st main, Prashanthnagar, Bangalore through M/S Arzoo.com.

On 28th June 2010 I spoke to Jet Airways and got my Eticket cancelled and over phone they confirmed my cancellation and said that Rs.750/- would be deducted and M/S Arzoo.com confimed that they would be deducting the credit card charges of M/S Naveen Glass and Plywoods i.e., 2.5% of Rs.5454/- Rs.150/-

The ticket price Rs.5454/- minus Rs.750/- and Rs.150/- is Rs.4554/-

The sub-agent says he can only pay Rs.4011/- and not Rs.4554/- which I am due. What surprises is that when the main agent has not realised any charges, how can a sub-agent charge me?

Please, Honourable Sir, I need justice. Please, Help.
