My brother has booked a package from mahalaxmi tours package and he and his family- wife, mother and 2 kids are suffering now. They had a bangalore, mysore, ooty and kodaik**** tour. they had a peaceful trip till mysore but when they reached ooty, there was no booking done. Several calls were made to Jayant who is the owner of this tour. He hid himself by giving his phone to somebody else and did not help. All the rooms were booked and was very expensive and they have already paid entire cash to the tour. Later Jayant kept his phone switched off too. My family was on the road till 10pm and finally they go a hotel to stay. We even confirmed with kodaikannal hotel and they said their booking is not done even there.
We are asking him to give us our money back and he is refusing now. We would like to file a complaint against Jaywant. they r still in ooty with no money and Jaywant is not helping them. Jaywant cell no. is 9920811895 and landline is 02225384185, 86, 87.

Please help. We want action to be taken against this person and his tour Agency.

Mahalakshmi tours located at thane, a useless tour. Not at all recommended for new couples or any family to go by this tour.

The tour dont have proper management, no co-ordination with their customers, provides no security to their client who are on thier tour facing difficulties, no disaster management, no support team other than owner himself, the tour is such a mess, that it spoils our time and money, It also dont compensate for failed journey, they just dont care about the customers.

The motto of tour should be Unhappy customer, that suits the best.

Inspite of giving such bad experiences to customers, why this tour is still running. Please stop making fool of customers. You are just a useless manager.

Note: Please dont go to this tour any time, there is wastage of time and money, Also aware your friends and neighbours for not falling to such worst tour.
