Make My Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Navrangpura Ahmedabad (URL www.makemyholidays.co.in) Not working

Make My Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is a travel agency located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.
It is a cheat company. They do false promises to the customers to get money but their service is pathetic. Once they get the payment they don't even bother to look at their customers. If the customer is not satisfied with their service before the travel date and plan to cancel the trip they dont pay the customer. They make the customer sit for hours in their office.

What needs to be done? Pls help.
