I had booked bus ticket from Mumbai to Surat via makemytrip.com on the 25th evening at around 8PM and their system gave me the booking of the same day of 12.15AM.

This is usually impossible for any system to do the booking for time which has already been passed, but that was done and i was charged for the same.
A month has been passed and they have not paid me the refund for the same.

Please consider and do the needfull.

hi,

I booked tickets for Del to ATQ but ibibo executive booked the ticket for del to chandigarh

but i made the booking online for amritsar they charge my card without giving me the tickets and now they booked the tickets for chandigarh and now i m saying him to cancel my ticket and book for amritsar.

but they are charging me for cancellation charge even this mistake from their side.

i think they guys making joke with me first you took payment from my card without availibility of seats and now they are giving me the tickets to chandigarh insteed of amritsar .

i am requesting you to file a case against this company in consumer form.
please tell them to give me full refund without cancellation .
