On 29 janevary... i have booked a air to Nagpur-Pune- Pune Nagur Ticket from the makemytrip.com site....

when i complete all the process on error occurred.... and ticketed was not booked... although the amount of Rs 5454 has been debited from by account... i have used my panjab national band debit card during the process....

On the same day i called to there customer services and they told me that your money will be refunded by 72 hours i.e three days..... till Wednesday my amount was not backed

On Thursday i.e on 2-02-2012 i called them again and told about the problem again... that time they told your money will be refunded by Saturday i.e by 4 feb....

and today is 7 Feb.... still my money is not backed....

total amount is Rs 5454
