This needs to be take up very seriously.

I have recently booked up Goa Trip package with Make my trip under Booking ID Ref : IN1112

B01750 on 29th Dec 2011. I need to cancel this trip due to due to Personal emergencies (My

Wife having traces of Pregency). I have followed up with Javed/Shravan form Make My Trip

intially they said they would try and refund the amount but all of sudden they say it is not

possible now.I have already paid Rs.18000 which is not a small amount.

Also the cancelletion policy was never revealed to me before that entire amount would be

deducted if the trip is not taken up.But they simply lie say that they have sent mails on these

on 16th Dec 2011.

Please help me out to get the refund amount from Make My Trip
