I had booked my Rail Tickets with Makemytrip.com on 2nd November, and subsiquently cancelled them on 4th Nov (for which i recd a mail confirming that i'll recieve my money in 7 business days). after that i followed up with the site and i was told that i should wait for another 14 days and that i'll get my refund after 21 days instead of 7.
Again i chcked on 26th and was given a referance number for payment that i should check with my bank, which i did, and my bank informed me that they did not recieve any money.
On calling the website consumer care again, i was told that it takes 21 business days and not 21days for money to be transferred. So, i'll get my money in 1st week of Dec. i have still not recd any money (as on 16th Dec) and on complaining again, have been told to wait another 72 hours!!!!!!
