I had a booking with makemyrtrip.com for a return trip from Delhi to Kolkata few days back but due to some reason I had to cancel the booking.I just cancelled the returning flight i.e Kolkata to Delhi but they charged me Rs.1500(cancellation charge)+Rs250(their charge) to cancel the ticket...But their customer support executive told me that I will be charged Rs.750 + 250 .But when asked about my case, he told me to put the call on hold and never retrieved the call.Tried calling them many times but the same thing continues.But then after repeatably mailing then about my problem they sent me a mail stating as follows:

This is in response to your request regarding delay in processing of refund for Booking ID NF2511710096313. We would like to advise you that a remaining refund of INR 750.00 has been initiated into the same account that was used for payment from our end against the booking on 15 Sep, 2011.

You are requested to check the refund with your bank/ Credit Card company within 72 working hours and get back to us if the same is not reflecting in your account.



Today is 13th October, 2011 and yet I havent got the refund of Rs.750 yet...I dont know what to do now.Please help me..
